Quickfire with Clambake & Rav3era

Climbing their way through the ranks are brothers from Switzerland Clambake & Rav3era who are known for merging Future, Bass and Electro House to produce top-notch dancefloor fillers. Taking inspiration from the likes of Hardwell and Afrojack, the boys have seen success with releases such as ‘Booty’ and ‘Stuck On You’ and have garnered support from all corners of the industry. We caught up with the pair for a quickfire round.

Favourite release of all time?

Our favourite releases of all time are the ‘United We Are’ album from Hardwell and the ‘Forget the World’ album by Afrojack.

Best DJ set you’ve ever seen?

That’s a really difficult question. We’ve been to Tomorrowland in Belgium 4 times and we saw a lot of amazing DJ’s there. If we had to pick, it would have to be “Hardwell Metropole Orkest- Set” by Hardwell on his final gig at the Ziggo Dome, was something totally next level.

Who is your biggest inspiration?

There are also a lot of great DJ’s / Producers which we really support, and their music inspires us. It’s impossible to say who our biggest inspiration is.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

We hope to be on the Mainstage at Tomorrowland Belgium and Ultra Miami.

We can also see ourselves on tour around the world and sharing our music globally.

Day parties or night parties?

Night Parties. We think people feel better to freak out at night and have a good time but we also love to play on Day Sessions.

Preferred BPM?

Most of our music is at 126Bpm.

DJ’ing or Producing?

Both! We love to play our own music in our sets and for that, we have to produce it first!

Any hobbies?

Our biggest hobby is definitely music, otherwise, we both love sport, like football, sanda-boxing and going to the gym.

What’s your party trick?

So, for our DJ sets, we always try to play to the most exciting set with lots of ups and downs. A good mix of bangers and melodic tracks decorated with some Classics in there too.

‘Booty’ or ‘Stuck On You?

That depends entirely on the mood. Sometimes if you like it to be a bit slower and more emotional, then “Stuck on You” fits for sure. But if you like to party…? You have to hear BOOTY! ☺
